Project Plan: Full Workspace Review and Audit Campaign

This project establishes the phased campaign to review, verify, and document all projects, subsystems, and cross-repo contracts across the <workspace> workspace using the pi-review-kit deterministic engine.

1. Objectives and Scope

1. Phase 1 (Round R1): Foundation baseline reviews:
   • Code subsystem review of core jDisc container, Proton searchcore, and cluster controller.
   • Cross-repo contract review across pyvespa, sample-apps, skills, and documentation.
   • Knowledge garden note and topology verification.
2. Phase 2 (Round R2): Deep harvest of unmapped vespa modules identified in analysis-vespa-code-map-module-coverage and project-unmapped-vespa-modules-harvest.
3. Phase 3 (Round R3): Continuous verification through CI integration and addressedness auditing.
